I too am having this issue. It's said the order is complete, I've recieved the DLC, but nothing else.
Waiting on Live Chat... after an hour and a half. - Anonymous13 years ago
I had this issue solved by chatting to an advisor through the website.
In 1 chat session they could not resolve the issue and didn't appear to know how to solve it.
They then passed me onto Origin queue (whatever that is, I assume it is a higher tier of support).
Then this advisor actually helped, only a few mins. Asked for order number and billing address, logged into my account and added the game manually.
I re-logged in the client and it was there.
I also refered the person to this thread.
Advisor was called Himanshu I believe (I meant to save the chat log but forgot in the excitment of being able to play the game I had been waiting to play all day) so please be nice if you get through to this advisor as he was a great help and very quick to find a solution.
Hope you all have luck in solving the issue.
Adios amigos! im off to play some DS3!

Actually, I'm providing you recent update that's why some advisors were also didn't know it that time.
And @talastriel
If you cancel your order from bank, then your account will get mark with chargeback. Next time, now you will have to contact before placing order.
So best option I will use, TRY EMAIL. Provide your Order number and Last four digit.

Would be nice if I could email them, but I haven't found any email that I could use. By law I have 14 days to ask for a refund if I've not receive the product. My credit card allows 60 days for this for as long I can prove I've done what I could to receive the product.
If you have any email that I could use could you provide it, please?

If you want to try Email, then try to put product as The Simpson:Tapped out. You can describe correct issue and game name during providing information including your platform also. TRY it

You lost me now! Could you be more specific, please?

Okay, Step by Step.
To conatct Support with Email try to follow these steps:
Login into https://help.ea.com
NOW MOST IMPORTANT SELECT PRODUCT AS The Simpsons: Tapped Out
Platform: any because it is mobile game so only those option available.
Now, describe your issue in detail, provide real game name and platform there also (when describing issue), Order number and last four digit.

I think what he means is try putting Simpsons: Tapped Out in the EA Help screen (https://help.ea.com/contact-us). From there select Billing/Purchasing and then iPhone.
It'll then give you an option to email EA instead of either Chat/Forums.
You can then customise the email to be about Dead Space 3.

The chat support told me that there are no e-mail contacts or anything like this.
I dont know for how many its a problem when they cancel the payment with the creditcard, as i will never ever order again on Origin - Anonymous13 years ago
Try those steps and it will surely give you option for Email. 😕mileywink:
Because I know what I'm saying. It will work. However, for your order, I will suggest you to visit this link:
