Wrongful Account Suspension

Right so basically I bought the Dead Space Remake as well as 2 and 3 on steam during a Sale, when I started playing the Remake I made an EA Account within it. The next day however when I launched it again I was met with a message telling me my Account was Suspended because I didn't follow Terms of Sale or Terms of Service. I've messaged EA support per Email multiple times and am only receiving automated responses now telling me this decision is final, before that I was simply told I breached Terms of Sale or Service but never what specifically I breached. Since the EA account is stuck to my steam and I can't just link a different EA account (I've tried) I would have to play on another steam account with another EA account if I ever wanted to play Titanfall or another EA game multiplayer. I seriously don't understand how I can get my EA account indefinitely suspended in a Singleplayer game I purchased on steam other than EA messed up and won't fix it.

So with that I'm here now for another attempt, maybe someone here knows something, also if there was a better place to write this I barely use EA so I'm entirely confused with how horrible this has been.
