Bugged companion skill cooldowns?

Starting today I've been having an issue where whenever I use a companion skill it disables/greys out all of their other skills until the first cooldown is over. I could have sworn last night the skills all had separate cooldowns and I could use them one after the other. Im playing on PC and Im at the crossroads currently if that matters
