Cannot Install the game. (97% "Finalizing Portion" and then fails)

Hi, decided to try out the new Dragon Age with my subscription. Unfortunately every single time without fail, the game installs to 97% in the EA App, says finalizing, and then gives the error that is shown in the screenshot I have attached. I'm at a loss and the live chat support was no help. Yes, I have updated my drivers, yes I have done everything the support agent suggested I do. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
