So it's definitely an EA App/account issue, I was gifted Veilguard on Steam so tried it out this morning. The chest appeared as it should in the infirmary and all the deluxe and weapons appearance offers are there and can be equipped. Only thing missing the pre order content because it wasn't pre ordered. It asked me if I wanted to sign in with my EA account which I didn't, no idea if that would make a difference but it seems it is an EA issue not a game/user issue.

Whelp, I guess I'm going back to playing with mods...At least that way I can romance a hardened Lucanis 😉

Yeah that is what we were told as well. It has something to do with our EA accounts so I think that is why they are having trouble fixing this. I feel like the only way they can fix it is if they reset our accounts but it doesn't seem to be that simple. Maybe they don't have something like that available and the only way to do it would be to reset every single EA account that has been created? They obviously do not want to do that if it is only a select few of us with this issue and since the game and franchise seem to be dead (sadly) there is not much else we can do except keep brining up this issue in hopes someone can actually do something to fix it.
I've tried some things to see if it would "wake up" my account like logging into Anthem, the DA keep, and DAI multiplayer but it has not fixed it so doing that doesn't help.
Also can anyone message Mark Darrah or other EA staff members through X/bluesky to see if he still has any EA connections that can look into this for us? He seems to be active on Youtube and I've tried asking there but I haven't been able to get a response.

Any updates to this? Is it even safe to buy DLC for other games or even games from the EA app or will they also not show up? I've been holding off on buying any SIms 4 stuff ever since this issue popped up. I also want to pre order BF6 but am not sure how safe it is to buy stuff off this app if it won't apply things to your account. This really is a bigger issue than expected.

Yeah I'm not even kidding, I haven't bought a single thing because of this issue we really need to get it sorted out. It's going to be a year at this point.

Rubyrue791 Hey, I have been away on other projects, so apologies for not following up on this one. I reached out to the team to see what they can provide on this one. At this point, though, from experience working with these types of games for a long time, it may be an issue that isn't fixed. I cannot say that as a definite thing, but it may be an issue that won't be resolved, as there aren't any further updates planned.

Thanks for responding however it doesn’t seem to be a game issue, it seems to be an account/ea app issue as I have tested it on Steam and all the deluxe content and weapons dlc is there and can be equipped.

I'm following up on this one. I need information from you to pass along to the team.
What should be happening: The chest is just the wardrobe replacement before Rook's room is unlocked. If you have the room already unlocked, it goes directly into the appearance collection. The content, if working, should be in the appearance collection on each character you have, but you need to change your skins in the wardrobe in the room for it to take effect.If that is not happening, I need the following from you:
- Screenshot of your inventory and wardrobe showing not there or locked
- If on PC, please attach your save file. I would upload a few just in case
- Attach a DxDiag?
- Is the EA app/Steam installed on an SSD or HDD?
- Is the game and the game client installed on separate drives? For example, I have my Windows OS on an SSD and all my games on an HDD.
