Permanent Buff gone after save and reload
Have an issue where the “permanent buffs” we can buy from certain vendors disappears after you reload a save or save and reload and you can’t find them again since you’ve already bought those buffing...

Yes. I also noticed this. Specifically I have bought the following from vendors in the Crossroads and their effects disappeared after a reload:
- Kirkwall Select 9:13 +1% damage
- Amrita's Distillate +1% Defense
- Dragon's Bounty +25 Health
All of these had the buff show up in the stats after purchase, but after a reload the Buffs were gone.
I am playing on PC. Patch state as of 19 Nov. V.1394766
Bought mine in Docktown pre-patch and noticed that they disappered after reload/loading up a save.
Hopefully they will fix it with the next patch, until then we keep writing that this bug still exists
