Permanent Buff gone after save and reload
Have an issue where the “permanent buffs” we can buy from certain vendors disappears after you reload a save or save and reload and you can’t find them again since you’ve already bought those buffing...

All my purchased permanent buffs have disappeared after a save then a reload and I can no longer repurchase them? just all gone as of Nov 19 playing pc
It was like this pre-patch too, they disappeared after reloading/loading up a save and couldn’t buy them again. Tried after the patch, but didn’t work then either. Luckily I loaded an Auto save and could save the money spent on it
