Permanent Buff gone after save and reload
Have an issue where the “permanent buffs” we can buy from certain vendors disappears after you reload a save or save and reload and you can’t find them again since you’ve already bought those buffing...

Just tested myself on latest Steam patch (Patch 3) and it's still broken. I wonder if other platforms on PC (not through Steam) have different versions or maybe something else is up?
It sounds like it could be 50/50 with the new patch
Playing on PS5 and with the new Patch, 1.000.004, so has it been fixed for me, but for another it hasn’t been fixed and is still broken.
Keep writing if it doesn’t work so they see and so they can keep looking into this bug is all I can say
