PS5 Hard Crash

This has happened to me and my PS5 is working fine with other games like Baldurs Gate 3 this morning went through a stage where it kept crashing so went to a previous save and then it worked for about an hour and the most I’m getting is half hour sessions 45 mins tops so now just waiting to see if it’s got a fix incoming nice to know it’s not just me 

This exact issue is happening to me too. Most gametime I've gotten in one sitting has been 45 minutes and then the PS5 shuts off. Lies of P, Stellar Blade and the SH2 Remake all running fine, so I am convinced it's Veilguard and not the console itself. It's not hot at all so I don't think it's overheating either. 

Same. PS5 hard crashes after about an hour of play. Especially seems to be when you use photo mode (was just taking a picture of Solas with hair lol). It did the exact same thing with the Jedi Survivor (I think that was it, whatever the second one was), where it would hard crash and you can't even restart the system until you unplug it for a few seconds. I still haven't finished that game lol. With that one, it felt like it was crashes because the graphics were just too much for it to handle. This game I'm not even sure honestly why . Hopefully they fix it. ... 

I'm in medicine residency and don't get very much time to play anything, so crashes really make me just stop and play something else. Even though I LOVE DA, and I'm digging this game. So far it's like a marriage of DA2 and DAI. 

Yep, I'm having the exact same issue. Crashes every 30-45 minutes, needs the power cable removed to be able to restart, has to process on restart for a few minutes before actually starting up. It's definitely not overheating and there's no rhyme or reason to when it happens, I've been in combat, cutscenes and just walking around when it's happened. Driving me insane.

I'm in the same boat. I have reset my PS5 three time now (maybe 4 ot 5? I have lost count), reinstalled 8 times and rebuilt the database and repaired the storage and cleared the cache and restored the license countless times. All the EA rep would tell me that the dev team is aware and are working on it. But BioWare is totally silent about it. Why isn't the games media on this? The EA rep also let me know that there are many people with the same issue. This also extends to Xbox. To top it off, the game corrupted my save both local and online back up. And it isn't my PS5, runs other games without a problem.

Tried to get a refund. No luck
