Shadow Dragons dialogue option keeps popping up in Tarquin convo

While talking with Tarquin in the Shadow Dragons safehouse after he has a fight with Ashur, the Shadow Dragon specific prompt will not go away after selecting it in the conversation. Instead, Tarquin's response will be played and the dialogue wheel will once again show the same Shadow Dragon's conversation option as you previously selected.
