Annoying Discovery Quest Pop Up

So im not sure if any one else is having this problem, I've played the sims for as long as i can literally recall at this point.. I have the " Discovery Quest " Disabled naturally before i even play any form of household at all - And as of lately for the past couple / few days it is a constant pop up of the Discovery quest even thou it is disabled !!? Its actually most annoying when trying to do a simple Sims challenge and it just butts in and ruins it 😒
