Hello everyone I was trying to pre-order FC 26 on the EA App, but it rejected my credit card.

There are long wait times at the moment. An advisor will respond when your place in the queue comes up. While you're waiting, it would be good to check with your bank. Typically, the message you received is due to an issue with the card.
