I want to link Ea with Xbox account

Question

I want to link Ea with Xbox account, i unlinked my previous account from ea and linked the new but i received this error message : linked accounts found , Your accounts can’t be linked because the EA Account for ....... was previously linked to the Xbox account for ...... An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime. I asked for help but didnt fix my issue, my account is from 2016 and i have many games. I ask for help, i am very disappointing...

Sorry to say BraveSalami​ but there is nothing that we can do to change this.
The restrictions on account linking are called out in the help article: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-account/unlink-ea-account/&nbsp;

EA_Darko​ so you find this very logical for your customers that pay money over the years that cant&nbsp; unlink and link their accounts? So if i want to change account for personal things or for whatever reason ? if the account that i linked was years ago and forgot to unlink and now what ?&nbsp; you forced us to make new accounts, we loose all the games and progress that we have because of this false decisions. Good job.
