My sims 4 DLC not in my library

Good evening I brought the sims 4 business &amp; Hobbies on the 6 of march from instant gaming&nbsp; &nbsp;I looked in my game and it's not there . it doesn't show that I own the pack but when I Looked at my add on's&nbsp; it is there but there is no download button what can I do. can someone please help me I can't talk to anyone at EA

If you're having any issues with a code purchased from a third-party retailer, you'll want to get in contact with that retailer directly for a replacement code or refund.
