Need to Re - link Retrieved EA Account to Steam (Account Binding Issue)

I previously linked my EA account to my Steam account. After logging in via Steam, I found that my account had been hacked (the account information was reset). I recovered the EA account by contacting customer service. However, when I tried to link it to Steam again, the system showed that my Steam account was already linked to this EA account (the same EA account), but my EA account did not display the link to Steam. Moreover, when I tried to log in to EA by selecting the Steam option, it prompted that my Steam account was not linked to any EA account. This prevents me from re-linking my recovered account to Steam. I need to re-link it to Steam.
