25th Anniversary

Not launching. I've tried everything.

I uninstalled the game and EA. Restarted my PC. Redownloaded them. Nothing.

I've attempted to launch in every compatibility setting. I've tried running both as administrator and not running both as administrator.

I cleared my EA cache.

I created a local profile and attempted to launch. Nothing.

I allowed the game and the EA app through all firewalls and antivirus. 

It still says it requires permissions. I hit okay. Then nothing. I'm extremely frustrated that i spent money on this game AGAIN. For it to not work. Help.
