Account disabled? Can't play any EA game.

Question

Had my Xbox account since 360 days and my EA account. However the last couple of years I keep getting the attached on EA games I have bought and own and even ones I download through game pass. It's an absolute joke, EA honestly don't care and offer 0 solution to this. So I now I have to use a separate EA ID on my PC to access any EA it's an absolute joke. PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP IM LOSING THE WILL TO LIFE HERE. (The 2 attachments are the errors I get) This is an absolute joke there must be some work around?&nbsp;

Hi Seasiders93,
Going on your screenshots, it may be related to having an account that has been banned and deactivated, although I don't know if they're related or two different issues.&nbsp;
You could, however, try talking to EA Help about reactivating the email address. The guide below has a "Contact us" button at the very end that should let you open a case, which you can use as a guest if necessary.&nbsp;
Update your EA Account info and settings
When the email address has been reactivated, you can either fill out the webform in the guide below to contact EA's Terms of Service Team, or ask EA Help to create an appeal.
