Hi so recently I got my account back as it was hacked and the person who had my account got a permanent ban in apex so I want my apex account back I opened an appeal but I can't see it in my open cases it just says my appeal is pending

I didn't get an email for this one no but for the one I opened to get back my ea account I did

how do i submit a new appeal because when i press on review case it sends me to my cases but without the appeal one
