Add on game packs - Realm of Magic, Vampires, Strangerville

If you navigate to Marketplace > My Collections, do those packs appear as deactivated, or are they missing? 

If they're deactivated, please select those packs and activate them. Doing so should help you regain access to those packs in-game.
