Summarize your bug Allied Assault will not launch on Windows 10. A box pops up saying the game crashed and to try Safe Mode but nothing will get past it, the box always appears and re-appears. There is no option to play the expansions for Allied Assault either in the menu.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and launch Medal Of Honor: Allied Assault
What happens when the bug occurs? Safe Mode box pops up and game will not launch
What do you expect to see? The game to launch
I have already made sure windows is updated, freshly restarted, repaired the game, redownloaded the game and the EA Launcher, tried Compatibility mode for Windows XP, 7, 8, and as Admin.
If anyone else comes across this problem, I was able to fix this by following a guide from the GOG Version of this game.

Simply download the file and place it in the directory of the game files. You may want to use a fresh install for the game as mine did not work until I did so.
To launch the expansions you have to launch the .exe files manually as there is no way to launch them via the EA Play GUI nor in Game, but at least it works.
There are some graphical issues that I haven't resolved but the game is at least launchable.
