App won’t open

Question

I’ve tried many times today to open my EA app on my PC. Never had this long of an issue. It continuously loads up for about 5 seconds and then keeps saying the app crashed unexpectedly. I’ve reset my computer many times however it keeps doing the same thing. I use EA to play the sims 4 and even when I click only on the sims 4 app to open it that way, it still says the same thing. I’ve tried to restart EA app as it recommends in the pop up but nothing has been working. Been doing this all day.&nbsp;

I'm having the same issue! Ever since the last major update, my EA app on PC says it's crashed. Hopefully this is easily fixed.

I've been having the same problem for months. The application restarts and a message appears saying that it has crashed unexpectedly. I've tried all the solutions that support has suggested. Nothing has worked.
