Battlefield 3 PE Purchase Not Showing in Account After One Year

Hello,

I purchased Battlefield 3 PE on 27.11.2023, but it doesn’t appear in my account. When I contacted live support at the time of purchase, I was told to wait, but after a year, it still hasn’t shown up

    Hi there, 

    I removed the screenshots as they contained some personal information. It seems that you have purchased the Premium content for BF3, which does not include the base game. That's why you cannot see the game in your library. In order to have access to the game, you must own the base game, then you will have access to the game itself and the premium content. As you purchase this almost a year ago, you might not be able to request a refund at this stage. So your options are either purchase the base game and you will have full access to the game and premium content, or contact EA Help Support and check with them what they can do for you in this case.
