Can’t Install EA app on Windows 7 – Error INST-21-25006

i cant install the ea app and im getting a error code INST-21-25006, idk what to do please help

Hello, everyone. The EA App now requires a 64 bit PC running Windows 10 or 11. MacOS running Catalina or newer is also supported.

no i don’t have that, i never had problems the whole time but out of nowhere the ea app didn’t start no more and then i tried to uninstall it and now i can’t reinstall it no more

Hi there. Do you have an antivirus/firewall running? If so, temporarily disable it and try again. Please let me know what happens. Thanks!
