Can I Go Back to Origin?
My EA app will not connect to the internet and I can't use the gallery in Sims (though it's not stuck in offline mode and I can visit the shop to buy more things that I can't play or download, woo!). I tried contacting and did the help chat which linked me to the same resources I've already tried and they basically said sorry you've exhausted our resources! If I'm on PC can I go back to Origin? Being forced to move to the EA App has been a nightmare and the fact no one at EA seems to want to actually fix this problem is ridiculous. Especially seeing as it's not just me and this is a problem a lot of people are having. If anyone does find an actual fix to this please let me know, I've tried everythinggggg in the videos and articles and everything with no changes. I just want to play games I bought, I don't see why I should have to try and become a programmer to do that because the company decided to change to an app that's incapable of running.
