Cannot download anything from EA App

Title says it all. No matter which game I choose, it will not download. 

I originally thought it was just an issue with Sims 4 which I've been trying to solve for some time now with no success. Decided to try another game and also have the same issue. 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling EA App, I've cleared the cache, and turned off the firewall as well to see if that was the issue as well. I've tried the fixes that google suggests though other EA help pages with nothing working. I am able to download Sims and other games from Steam with no issue, so not sure what's going on with EA not being able to. That said, EA also blocks me from playing sims through Steam so not sure what's going on there either. 

Would really appreciate some help in figuring out what's going on and how to fix it. 

I did do a dxdiag as well in case that helps anyone see what could be the potential issue.
