Can`t download games from XBOX game pass
Hello,
I have xbox game pass, and I can`t download any EA game.
When I press game on xbox app, I`m automatically redirect to EA app. EA app ask for installation folder, then start to ,,prepare space for installation". After a while error appear ,,something went wrong". I tried this with NFS HotPursuit remaster, I tried with PlantsVSzombie GOTY.
Games that are on my EA account seems to install without any trouble.
I tried to reinstall EA app, clear cashe, some ,,tricks" to close EA app and leave only EA service task.
Hi @PanStefanek109 Thanks for this information, when you have a moment can you try the following?
- Clear EA App's Cache
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then run EA App as admin and try to download PVZ
