Cant download or Add games to library

Ive recently bought ea-premium in hopes of downloading battlefield 1, my hopes were quickly broken into a thousand pieces when it said that i dont have access to battlefield 1 and that i couldnt even add it too my library?!?! 

i tried finding fixes and YES i cleared the cache, YES i reinstalled the EA app and YES i checked my system for any errors and YES i did a bunch of restarts. 

I have no idea what to do. YES i tried contacting ea support but it doesnt allow me to open a chat (the option isnt even there) or send a email and i cant resume any of my "fixed" cases.
