can't download the Ea app

after I want to install the Ea app, I get the error “Windows can't find ‘C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EADesktop\EALauncher.exe’. Please check the name and try again.” I looked in all folders for these files, but there is nothing. please help with this problem
