Can't edit my profile in the EA App, showing an old name under my actual name

Hello. I just installed the EA app and was going through my friend list when I noticed an old name I haven't used in years was being displayed under my actual name. I want to get rid of this because ...

Hey there, 

This second name that you see is a nickname for your account. The place where you're currently changing the name changes the account name. To change the nickname on your account, please click on your profile at the top of your friend's list > select My Profile, and you will be able to adjust the nickname.

Hi! It's looks like the Edit button is missing for me :(

    This is exactly what happened to me. The UI was bugged. I believe the fix was pretty simple. IIRC what I did was I logged out of the app and closed it completely, then logged back in and it suddenly started showing the Edit button.
