@gijolie20 This error is going to be mostly network-related from what I can see. See if the following helps with this one.
First, uninstall the EA app
Please clear your temp files:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time
- Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
- Your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.
Next, you need to check the network adapters and disable internal network adapters you are not using.
Reinstall the EA app again and log back in and see if you get the same error.
I feel like this is an issue not with my internal network adapters, but with the app

@Cr4zy_NL This specific error may not be with the adapters but you won't know unless you make changes. The issue is the network you are trying to play on.
When you look at the network adapters on your PC you will see which ones are connected and the rest should say not connected. Regardless of using Wi-Fi or Ethernet, the one you are on will not have "not Connected" listed there.
For this error, we ask players to start with the troubleshooting guide first, and once all the steps on this list are completed, you get more involved with different troubleshooting steps.

Hi, i did 4k+ damage and 25 kills in Three-Strike mode 3 weeks ago and still haven't received the 4k and 20 kills badges. Although in the same mode (Three-Strike) i did unlock the 'Knock 4 enemies within 20 seconds' and received it.
Please your support. This is since Jan 31.
