Can't play battlefield 2042 and FC 24, game's windows just pop up and close

Summarize your bug when i launch that games, after EA anticheat finish it just pop up games windows with black screen and after few second it just close and i can't play anymore

I was able to play Battlefield 2042 ( direct from EA app) and FC 24( from epic games app) . Now when i launch that games, after EA anticheat finish it just pop up games windows with black screen and after few second it just close and i can't play anymore. I search all over forum, did reinstall window, EA app (recovery and restart also) , EA anticheat and so more but this problem keep happening. Can't anyone help me with this
