Charged twice for game then can't submit error report.
I wanted to purchase the Command & Conquer Ultimate edition, but after clicking the pay button, was stuck on a sort of loading screen with a red spinning circle for over half an hour. I decided to try to reload the page and see if the purchase did indeed go through, however the EA app wanted me to purchase again as it was apparently still in my cart. I attempted purchase again, and had the same loading screen for close to half an hour, but eventually got a success message. The EA app then froze and I couldn't press any buttons, so I closed the app and then re-opened. The individual games from the collection were now in my library, however the collection itself was back in my cart awaiting purchase again. I deleted it from my cart, checked my banking app, and I have been charged twice for this collection. I have tried to submit an error report in app twice, but both times it fails. I would like one of the pending purchases cancelled (or refunded if they cannot cancel in time), but I am stuck how I can go about this when their error report will not work.
