Command and Conquer Administrator Rights

Just purchased Command and Conquer Remastered June 5, 2022 at approx 8:30pm. I had to download the EA App and then download the game. When I go to launch the game I get a popup in the EA App saying g...

Please try disabling EA App in-game overlay

Did that - no change. Any other suggestions? Tried right click and run as administrator ant the other suggestions, no solution for me.

Worked perfectly in the Origin app.
