It's very disappointing and all around frustrating that they did not test and work this out as a Electronic arts game that does not work on Ea play I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times and still I get the most ugliest opening stuck image screen or a random image. I want a refund but of course Ea/origin won't let that happen I'm pissed off
