KaynnaPls The third and fourth entries on the list are the bonus content for Life & Death and Enchanted by Nature, respectively, not the packs themselves. It sounds like you bought these codes from a third-party seller. If you were supposed to get the full expansions, you'll need to contact the seller, inform them that your codes were only for the bonus content, and request codes for the packs.
It's normal for bonus content to be listed like this, for example the first two entries are what anyone would see when they own the Digital Deluxe version of Sims 4. I don't know what the last entry is for.
