DLCs download bug

Question

Hello,I recently redeemed codes for the Life and Death and Enchanted by Nature DLCs for The Sims 4. They show up in my add-ons list, but they are not marked as installed and I cannot get them to start downloading. I opened a case about this and spoke to several people in live chat support, but I keep getting transferred to others, I have to repeat the issue everytime and nobody has given me any useful information.&nbsp;I've already tried clearing the EA App cache, reinstalling the ea app, reinstalling the whole game, running it as administrator, logging in and out, restarting my pc, running the game.. nothing helps.I paid for these DLCs and it is very frustrating that I cannot download them and get proper help..&nbsp;

KaynnaPls​&nbsp; The third and fourth entries on the list are the bonus content for Life &amp; Death and Enchanted by Nature, respectively, not the packs themselves.&nbsp; It sounds like you bought these codes from a third-party seller.&nbsp; If you were supposed to get the full expansions, you'll need to contact the seller, inform them that your codes were only for the bonus content, and request codes for the packs.
It's normal for bonus content to be listed like this, for example the first two entries are what anyone would see when they own the Digital Deluxe version of Sims 4.&nbsp; I don't know what the last entry is for.
