UPDATE:

I've been waiting all day from 12 pm to now almost 10:30 pm just for sims 4 to download it was on 97% and then my computer went to sleep for a second and now it is stuck on "prpeparing" i have refreshed the app may times ow and it is still not working. I'm over it, hopefully someone can help.
