EA app crashes upon startup, no matter what I do

Good evening.
Whenever I open the EA app, it stays open for ten seconds at maximum before closing itself/crashing. I cannot input or click anything. Trying to open the game I want (TS4) through Steam doesn't help, either, as it just crashes and I get an error code from TS4 saying I need the EA app open to play. (TS4 isn't the problem, its the EA app itself.) I have already done multiple steps to troubleshoot based on previous forum logs, from (this list is out of order) uninstalling via Revo Uninstaller, restarting my computer, and reinstalling the EA app, clean booting my PC, clearing the EA app cache, running it as administrator, checking for updates on both the EA app and on my Windows OS, running DISM to check the integrity of my Windows files.
