EA App Desktop BF2042 ultimate edition (NOT OK), Origin BF2042 gold edition (OK)

Summarize your bug EA App Desktop have BF2042 ultimate edition (NOT OK), Origin have BF2042 gold edition (OK)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Please check the images attached and search in your EA App Desktop database and compare with Origin database.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't download and play the game BF2042 with EA App Desktop.
What do you expect to see? BF2042 gold edition on my EA App Desktop ‌

EA App Desktop have BF2042 ultimate edition (NOT OK), Origin have BF2042 gold edition (OK) I switched from Origin to EA App Desktop and now I can't download and play the BF2042 game... If I go to Origin I have BF2042 gold edition, I can download and play without any problem. But if I go to EA App Desktop I have BF2042 ultimate edition ( which is clearly wrong ) and I can't download and play the game. I already tried all the fixes you want: re-installing the EA app, running the EA app as an administrator, lowering the User Access Control settings, clear cache and safe boot. None of them worked. So far, only affects BF2042 game. I can download and play other games without any problem. I pre-ordered the BF2042 ultimate edition but cancelled it and bought the BF2042 gold edition from 'voidu' third-party website. However it still shows up in my account the cancelled BF2042 ultimate edition instead of BF2042 gold edition. Please check the images attached and you will see the real problem. Can someone of EA please access my account games and fix this damn problem? Best Regards, Fernando Serrano

    I received a message from BF2042 team with this:

    I did the download and can play without any problem. It was related to EA account indeed.

    Finally I can play, thanks for all the help! 🙂

    Hey @FernandoSerraPT,

    When you click on Manage next to Download in the EA app when you have clicked on BF2042 in your Collections, what do you see there?

    @FernandoSerraPT, thanks for the image. Sorry for the somewhat delayed reply.

    I passed this post on to a colleague of mine and if all went well he has done some changes to your account, so the problem should be solved now.

    Could you completely remove Origin, the EA app and BF2042 from your PC > restart your PC > download/install the EA app again > download/install BF2042 again and see if it works now?

    hey @EA_Leeuw, I uninstalled EA app, clear the cache, remaining files and regedit with RevoUninstaller, restarted PC, installed the EA app and I cannot install BF2042... It still shows me the wrong edition on EA app ! Why on Origin is correct and on EA app is not? Origin have gold edition which is correct, EA app have ultimate edition which it's wrong and I can't even download it...

    If you want, I can go video call with you with zoom, skype or discord to show this to your team to help me.

    PS: I did a clean install of Windows 11 on my portable computer, installed EA app and I have the same situation... This is account related and not pc related.
