EA app does not open

(dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 22.2.23Summarize your bug Every time I try to open the EA app (or anything that comes with it when downloading), it only shows a small white box saying EADesktop at the top and a red X on the bottom. Happens every time. I have only tried to play the Sims 4 but that is pretty much the only game with that problemHow often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know but it's just when i open anything EA related.What happens when the bug occurs? The game (in this case Sims 4) cannot open.What do you expect to see? A small box with an x on it.‌idk if the file gonna show but it's what pops up please tho i have been trying for a while now

Try the following troubleshooting steps:&nbsp;

Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
Right click the EA app and "Run as an Administrator"
Turn off the EA app overlay via the three bar menu at top left, Settings, Application, In-game overlay
In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair

None of these work. I haven't tried the clean boot though. I have been trying for a couple days now. It still shows the same thing.
