EA App Down?

I wanted to install Sims 4 again since yesterday, and 1. The App would open but be blank, which would later say that there was an error connecting to the servers. Today, I can see my home page, and when I try to download the game, it is stuck on Preparing, and it'll eventually pop up an error. Are the servers down?
