EA App Error Code EC:10501

Now I am getting a new error while launching games in ea app offline mode . The error says your game s license is expired renew your game s license by going online mode but I activated the games succesfully and I even tested them in  offline mode that day. So ea can you check both errors I am having and fix them.

Ea Shepard I have checked the link you gave me I checked these thing and my internet connection is fine .I tried clearing the cache of ea app,I tried running ea app as administrator,I put ea app and its other services as exclusions in my kaspersky internet security,I tried repair the ea app and even reinstalled ea app many times and I recently reinstalled ea app and my games again after removing some old files of ea app and origin and I have cleared ea app and origin from windows registry via registry editor.but ea app error code ec 10501 is still happening.I checked my internet connection it is working fine and I asked my internet service provider to check my router and connection and I also asked should I change my dns and internet service provider said twice to not change internet settings and dns and If I do that My internet connection wont work.I use ethernet connection so its stable.

date this issue started-I dont remember the exact date but isue error code ec 10501 stated in march 2023 and it is still happening.

Other errors-Error code ec 204 your game license has expired go online to renew

I already posted screenshots of error code ec 10501 and I have also uploaded my dxdiag in my first post and sorry I forgot to take screnshot of error code 204 but this error code 204 happened to me first time two days ago.I have checked my operating system it is not corrupted and my harddisk and intenet connection is fine too..I forgot menton that I have a all in on pc and I have 8gb of ram.I first thought error code 10501 coming because of ram but then I remeberred ea app was working fine in offline mode untill I updated the app.can you check what is the cause of error code 10501 and error 204 and please fix them.

for the last 4 weeks I face exactly the same error EC:10501. As result I have to provide the login credentials when I re-start the EA App. Seems to be an EA App bug, as the offline modus should not crash with an error like: "server connection not possible..." ... right?

Ea Shepard I have a update about issue error code 204 game license expired go online error message is gone at least it didnot happen today after I reinstalled ea app and ea game after deleting some ea app temp files and reinstalling ea app worked and in offline mode error code 204 didnot show up but I dont know about main error error code 10501 I was having for months whether it is gone too or not.I didnot checked it yet.I will check about error code 10501 tommorow and If still occures I will repost about error again tommorow.

Hi, most of the data you requested has nothing to do with this observed error (I am Computer scientist, so am able to validated. btw: I sent already an error report after a crash...). Hint: ask the EA App developer to follow some basic "good development" objectives such as "Offline Mode" means "Offline" so the EA App must not ping "home". This will help to avoid the "detection" of underlaying internet connection lost issues (e.g. during obligatory daily re-connection to the internet provider) ergo: the error 10501 will never occure in offline mode. Also check how the EA App buffers the login credentials, as I can not see any reason why the EA App "forgets" the credentials after crashes and errors such as the observed EC:10501. Hi, in the meantime the EA App crashes every day. I attached some screenshots...
