[EA app] F1 23 Download Stuck on Preparing
F1 23 deluxe lloyalty edition wont download its only preparing and keeps doing that dont know how to fix this

- @normenbos10 any luck? i have the same problem. I clicked download and it starts with 14% instalation not with 0%.

@normenbos10 Hey, see if the following steps work for you.
Pause the downloadClose the EA App
Make sure that the App is not still running in the background
Open Task Manager
End the EABackgroundServices
Make sure you are not connected to any type of VPN
Delete Windows Temp Files
- First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
- Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
- Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
- Delete everything it allows you to delete
- Reboot the PC
Once logged back into Windows. right-click on the EA App and run as Admin. Go into the settings and run the App Recovery - Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery

I have the problem that my download keeps stuck in "preparing" i tried all the steps you described and did some other things i found but nothing really worked for me...
Is there something else i can try

Nope, same result, the primary function of your EA App isn't working!!
