EA App Failing to Download Game Content
Recently, within the last month, I purchased some packs for the sims 4 through the EA app, however, the app refuses to let me download the packs. Every time I have tried within the last month, it has said "Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes then try again." I've tried and waited. I have emptied/repaired the app's cache, deleted and redownloaded the app, checked my storage, tried updating it, the works... but nothing works. I have tried contacting customer support and they had me restart my computer. By doing that, I was unable to recontact an advisor. Now the option it completely greyed out. I've tried getting in contact again by calling, but EA has nothing but an automated system that has absolutely no way to help. I've requested a refund, but I've gotten no response to any of them.
I just want my money back at this point. This has to be the literal bane of my existence at the moment. I do not know if posting here could help me at all, but I just don't want my money to have literally been scammed off me by the app.
If anyone from EA support can help, please do. I want to be able to stop thinking this... Thanks in advance.
