Every time I try to install it, it gives me this screen
I had the same issue and the following worked for me: I checked all the "Microsoft Visual C++..." under "Apps" and choosed "Repair" where it was available. I restarted my computer and then the installation went just fine.
@Bobinen You're a chad and hero of the day. In addition, I did not check all the "Microsoft Visual C++..." for Repair, just the latest one 2015-2019. After rebooting, it worked for me.
I need help to resolve this problemMany of us need help to solve this problem and there does not seem to be any answers coming from the people who develop this EA APP. I have repaired may C++ and that did not fix the problem. my computer is only 8 months old. Windows 11, Why can they not make an app that works with the newest computers. I would really like to play a game to night. but I have no way of doing so. I hope they revert back to Origin in the morning.

I fear I have screwed up my computer so bad now trying to find a fix, that I am going to have to give up. EA please find another app to make Sims work.
I solved it by redownloading Origin and watching the "download EA App now!" promotion on the screen and not letting me close it, but in the background Origin was updating everything. so i left it running and fixed....
Kindly help us EA... What is the solution to this, we have tried to repair Microsoft Visuals as you mentioned in the previous reply.
