So I was able to sign into my account on here no problem but when I try to log into my app it just shows a blank grey screen, not even the ea bar thing at the top. I have cleared the cache and tried restarting my computer but nothing, and I am unable to do anything else because, well, it won't let me access anything else.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble launching the EA app. There are a couple of things you could try to fix this. This could be a problem with the cached/temp files. Reinstalling the EA app usually does not delete these files. You would need to delete them manually by going to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\EADesktop and deleting the files there.
Once that's done, please try reinstalling the EA app once again. Let us know how that goes.
