EA App not showing items purchased...

I purchased two Kits for the Sims 4 today about 8 hours ago. I purchased the Poolside Splash kit and the Modern Luxe kit. Receipts for both are in my EA Account. However the app will not reflect that I purchased these items. I can only download them by buying them again.

    Hello I have reported as suggested and am still waiting for my purchase to show up in game, namely the Poolside Splash Kit.  My Library says I own both of the recent Kit DLC content.

    Could you please provide the Report ID from your Error Report here in this thread to help us investigate into this?
