EA app not working

EA app not working. chatted 4 times to people who think it's my computer. It's not. It's not the PC. it's not Steam. it's the EA APP - yet I've now spoken to 4 people, one of which gave me instructions on how to wipe my hard drive. I've cleared my cache, restarted the PC, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. yet was just told basically the chats are useless and the only way to get help is to post on the forum. so here. anyone have any advice before I start to rage? the game says its loading then does nothing. no errors. no game flickering in the background. literally nothing.
