EA App says I'm Offline: I AM NOT

I only have ME3 (2012) so I can play the multiplayer as that's actually still fun. I logged in, couldn't open as it said I was offline. I uninstalled Origin, EA App, and ME3. THEN, I downloaded the EA App, reinstalled ME3 (2012) and I still get the same error. What's going on here, EA?
