I'm sorry you're having trouble with the EA app. Could you please share an EA app Error Reporter ID and post it here in the thread? That could potentially give us some information about what's going wrong.

    Ive tried to get the EA app Error Reporter ID, however the error tool seems to keep getting suspended. Ill provide an update here if I can get an ID number.
